Additionally, they are responsible for scheduling meetings, emailing clients, and managing communications to facilitate seamless client interactions. Financial Services Associates are an essential part of the team and contribute significantly to the success of Gold Leafs Wealth Management services. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Advisors, including scheduling and organizing meetings, booking client appointments, completing post-appointment notes, and managing follow-up tasks for the team. Task Management: Oversee the assignment and completion of tasks within the administration team, ensuring efficiency and accountability. Task Clarification: Facilitate clear communication by providing detailed information on assigned tasks to all team members. File Maintenance: Maintain organized files in compliance with guidelines, ensuring notes are saved appropriately, trades are documented, and client requests are accurately recorded in Salesforce. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, such as account questions and fund redemptions. Vacation Backup Coordination: Arrange and coordinate vacation backup support for the reception area. Issue Resolution: Collaborate closely with the Administrative Manager to address and resolve any arising issues, with regular meetings to discuss day-to-day operations. Employee Training: Coordinate and oversee the training process for new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. Skills/Qualifications: Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships based on mutual trust and rapport. Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
