Leading to protect Ontario , in February 2025, the Ontario PC Party won a majority government, with Doug Ford continuing for a third straight term as Premier of Ontario. The PC Ontario Fund is the fundraising arm of the Ontario PC Party and supports its important work, including election and bi-election readiness, policy development and outreach and communication programs. As the Executive Director of the PC Ontario Fund , youll have the rare and career defining opportunity to join an organization committed to a protecting Ontario. Reporting to an engaged Board of Directors and working with motivated volunteers, you will drive the annual campaign and establish new and innovative ways to increase revenue in support of the Ontario PC Party. You will develop and implement strategic donor recognition and engagement initiatives that convert prospects into regular supporters, while simultaneously increasing fundraising targets and enhancing organizational capacity through innovative digital and AI-powered approaches. You will direct and manage the organizationincluding 3-4 full-time staff, shared services, and outsourced digital and telemarketing servicesin an efficient and effective manner, while ensuring the PC Ontario Fund is in compliance with all laws and regulations. As an ambassador, you will interact with a wide range of prospective donors across the province and will represent and speak on behalf of the PC Ontario Fund at various fundraising and community events. With a minimum of 7 years of executive experience, you have built a career based on success in fundraising, sales, business development or a related field. The Executive Director works out of the PC Ontario Fund office located in Etobicoke, ON, with some travel required to attend events throughout Ontario.
