Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Canadian Payroll Practice line. We are looking for ADP Lyric implementation consultants to join our global team of professionals for upcoming projects in Canada.Responsibilities:Guide clients through the HCM vendor transition.Drive client deliverables for on time go-live date.Provide expert-level knowledge to the clients in a full HCM build (Data Conversion, Validation, Testing, Dual Maintenance, Benefits Configuration)Design best practice solutions for ongoing system optimization.Required Qualification(s):HCM Implementation Project Management experienceDemonstrated ability in workflow buildingWork in a team environment with the client/vendor and consultantsTechnical expertise and knowledge of downstream effects inside HCM workflowsHolistic view of organizational structuresPreferred Experience:ADP Lyric Implementation Project Management experienceFluent in French ideally.Duration: These projects will start with an initial duration of 6-9 months, depending on the client's needs, with the ability to extend.
