Genesys Cloud Implementation ConsultantLocation: US/Canada (Remote)Duration: Full Time - PermanentJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Implementation Consultant who can help in deployment and configuration of Genesys Cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for optimizing customer experience technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the deployment and configuration of Genesys Cloud solutions for various clients.Conduct detailed needs assessments and requirements gathering for clients to design customized Genesys Cloud implementations.Develop and configure Genesys Cloud environments, including user setup, integrations, and workflow configurations.Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of configured solutions.Train clients on the use and management of their Genesys Cloud solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure successful delivery.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to implementations, configurations, and user guides.Stay informed on the latest Genesys Cloud features, updates, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions.Provide ongoing support and post-implementation services to ensure client satisfaction and solution effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience with Genesys Cloud solutions, including configuration, deployment, and support.Strong technical skills in contact center operations, telephony, IVR, and integrations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages related to contact center solutions.Solid project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Certification in Genesys Cloud (e.g., Genesys Cloud Certified Professional).Experience with additional contact center technologies and CRM systems.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
