This role involves financial module implementation and support, guiding clients on solutions and architecture, understanding their pain points, and translating them into solutions that maximize productivity and business value. The Senior JDE Finance Consultant will also work with partners and vendors to find solutions to client issues and serve as a backup for other application areas. This is a remote role and must be based in Canada. Infrequent travel is a requirement for occasional team building and client projects. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Module Implementation, Upgrade and Support:Provide senior-level cross-application knowledge (E1, World, ReportsNow DAS, Oracle Cloud Applications).Serve as an application functional escalation point for other team members.Provide guidance to clients on solutions and architecture, understanding their pain points, technical landscape, and goals.Take initiative to work with partners/vendors to find solutions to client issues.Conduct process reviews and design/blueprint financial processes to align with client business goals.Lead implementation, upgrade and support of a wide range of Finance related JDE modules.Configure and test financial modules to ensure they meet client requirements and are integrated seamlessly with other JDE modules.Ensure compliance with US and Canadian GAAP requirements for accounting and financeDevelop and maintain technical documentation for financial processes and system configurations.Provide support to JDE customers as part of our Application Managed ServicesMentor other team members on new technology and provide support to help them reach defined team goals.Contribute to ERP-One success through sales support:Be an evangelist for your area of expertise. Identify potential needs and project opportunities from clients.Analyze client needs and business processes to understand client business goals.
