Speech Language Pathologist Autism Services Part-time, evenings & weekends Greater Toronto Area MPA are exclusively retained by one of Ontarios largest Children & Family Services organizations to recruit for a Speech and Language Pathologist in the GTA. The client provides Mental Health, Autism and Forensic Mental Health Services.This position is part-time, covering evenings & weekend out of the clients centers in Markham, Oshawa, Etobicoke or Thornhill. In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will provide assessment and treatment services to children and youth within the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). Collaborate with parents and stakeholders, administer and interpret assessment tools, write reports, and provide feedback.Consultation: Offer multidisciplinary consultation for complex cases, assist with service planning, tailor treatment plans, and address clinical challenges.Treatment: Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, group, or parent sessions), set goals, document progress, monitor outcomes, plan discharges, and deliver caregiver education.Administration: Attend meetings and trainings, manage communication, schedule appointments, maintain files, support program development, and engage in ongoing professional development.Qualifications: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current registration, and in good standing, or eligible for registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Experience working with children and youth with ASD and their families. Knowledge of communication, social communication and language delays and disorders.
