A well-established Canadian Microsoft partner with over three decades of experience in ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions. This firm has delivered more than 2,000 successful implementations across North America, helping organizations adopt and optimize Microsoft technologies. Known for its deep consulting expertise, the company offers services including system integrations, change management, remote support, and strategic IT planning. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Business Central implementation projects for manufacturing clients from discovery through post-go-live support.Gather and analyze business requirements; design, configure, and customize Business Central solutions tailored to manufacturing operations (Production, BOMs, Routing, MRP, Inventory, Shop Floor Control, etc.).Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and align system capabilities with strategic goals.Conduct workshops, end-user training, testing, and UAT sessions.Work closely with technical teams for custom development and integrations as needed.Document functional specifications, user manuals, test scripts, and training materials.Provide go-live and post-implementation support including issue resolution, enhancements, and system optimization.Stay current with Business Central updates and new manufacturing features and advise clients accordingly.Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).Proven track record with at least 2 full-cycle Business Central implementations in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes and how they translate into ERP functionality.Experience with production planning, costing, inventory management, and supply chain modules.Ability to work independently and lead functional areas of a project.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
