This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is both hands-on and strategic, ready to step into a leadership role and help guide a passionate team that has lacked formal leadership for the past six months.The Opportunity:This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building structure, leading by example, and creating a high-performing environment.
