Together, were not just building a company; were shaping the future of halal investing.About the RoleThis isnt your typical sales role.As a Customer Account Executive at Musaffa, youll play a pivotal role in converting free users into paying subscribers, while also driving targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified investor leads for our Investor Relations team.Youll blend high-touch, customer-first conversations with a strategic, data-driven sales approach ensuring the right users receive the right offer at the right time. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth at a mission-driven company with global reach.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Conversion & Revenue GenerationProactively engage users through phone, Zoom, email, and in-app messaging to convert free users into premium subscribers.Manage a dynamic pipeline of freemium users leading discovery, addressing objections, and driving successful conversions.Earn commission on successful conversions and upsells.Collaborate with marketing to co-create offers, promotions, and campaign messaging.Investor Lead GenerationIdentify users who match investor profiles and qualify them for our equity crowdfunding efforts.Execute targeted outreach to nurture interest and guide potential investors through the funnel.Work closely with the Investor Relations team to optimize messaging and lead quality.User Engagement & FeedbackOnboard new premium users with a personalized experience to drive retention and satisfaction.Collect user insights on product experience, challenges, and feature needs and relay them to the Product and Marketing teams.CRM & ReportingMaintain detailed records of all outreach, user interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM.Monitor and report on key metrics including conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign performance.What Were Looking ForExperience & Skills3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a similar revenue-driving role ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2C tech.Excellent communication skills fluent in spoken and written English.Proven ability to hit revenue goals and KPI targets.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, understand user needs, and drive action.Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.Bonus PointsExperience in fintech, investing, or financial services.Background in customer outreach, freemium-to-premium conversion, or lead generation.Understanding of Shariah-compliant investing or experience engaging Muslim consumer markets.CompensationBase Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 CAD per annumPerformance-Based Bonus: Based on individual performance metrics and achievementsEquity: Eligible for Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after 1 year, with additional equity for exceptional candidatesWhy Join Musaffa?Mission-Driven Work: Be part of a global movement to build a riba-free financial future.Career Growth and Leadership Take ownership of high-impact growth initiatives and advance in a fast-moving environment.Learning & Impact: Shape user engagement and sales strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus commission.Equity and ESOP Opportunities Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to participate in Musaffas Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after demonstrating proven performance.Passionate Team: Join a collaborative, international team solving meaningful problems.How to ApplyIf you are ready to lead growth marketing efforts and drive the future of halal investing, we want to hear from you.To apply, send your resume and cover letter to careers@musaffa.com.Join us in building the worlds leading platform for halal investing.
