We''re hiring Production Materials Specialists to support and optimize material flow from warehouse to production in a busy manufacturing environment. If you''re highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with lean principles and ERP systems-we want to hear from you! Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day shift | 8-hour shifts Full-time | 100% On-site ? Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely delivery of materials from warehouse to production lines Manage kitting, staging, and replenishment to support daily production Implement and maintain lean systems Coordinate with warehouse and optimize material flow/logistics Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP and MES systems Analyze and improve warehouse-to-production processes Collaborate with production, warehouse, procurement, and quality teams What You Bring: 2-5 years of experience in material planning and lean manufacturing 2+ years working with ERP systems Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment Strong understanding of lean tools and inventory flow systems Familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards is a plus Great communicator and natural problem-solver Able to lead, train, and work cross-functionally with diverse teams If you''re ready to help keep production running smoothly and efficiently, apply now!
