Position: Business Associate Credit Portfolio Management Location: Markham (Hybrid 4 days onsite) Salary: Hourly rate based on experience Job Type: Temporary 1-year contract with the potential for extension Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver timely, accurate credit risk management reports, including data compilation, analysis, and presentation. - Conduct regular reviews of credit-related statistics, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency with internal reporting standards. - Monitor and support the implementation of credit risk management policies and procedures across the first line of defense. - Contribute to the review, revision, and updating of credit policies to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and market conditions; prepare related research and reporting. - Perform thorough due diligence on corporate accounts and draft detailed accountability reports, maintaining clarity, transparency, and accuracy. - Assist in drafting and preparing comprehensive write-off reports for non-performing loans (NPLs) and other credit risk assets, ensuring robust documentation. - Support proactive collection and recovery efforts for corporate NPLs by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions and strategies. - Participate in the design, execution, and reporting of credit risk stress testing, evaluating the portfolio''s resilience under adverse scenarios. - Organize and deliver training sessions on credit policies and procedures to relevant teams to ensure awareness and compliance. - Analyze stress test results and collaborate with senior management to recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
