What Youll Be Doing Your first big project will be creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for how we do things: from launches and onboarding to managing inboxes and expense tracking. Youll document, streamline, and bring order to the behind-the-scenes so our team can move with more flow and focus. After that, youll step into a broader support role that includes: Calendar & Meeting Support Own my calendar with intention, protect my time, and ensure I''m prepped and aligned. Schedule meetings, student calls, and seasonal planning sessions. Inbox & Communication Process my personal inboxes, responding where appropriate, flagging whats important, and bringing clarity to the chaos. Draft replies or follow-ups with students, collaborators, and vendors. Project & Launch Coordination Support launches, marketing efforts, and student-facing initiatives using project management tools. Track tasks, timelines, and data to creat actionable insights. Create and maintain Custom GPTs trained on company data Travel & Event Planning Help plan in-person shoots, conferences, speaking engagements, business and family travel. Coordinate logistics and add all details to the calendar in a clean, easy-to-use way. Admin & Expense Tracking Manage expense receipts, liaise with our bookkeeper, and help me stay financially organized.
