JTS Mechanical is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payroll and complete all facets of payroll duties. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a great attitude to our current team dynamic. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and experience with NetSuite and/or Payworks. Responsibilities & Duties Participate in integration of new payroll system Payworks. Process bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees (100 employees) Process adjustments, ROEs, T4s, remittances Maintain employee records in systems, ensuring all information is up to date. Reconcile payroll accounts for accuracy monthly Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Other administrative duties as assigned.
