Job Description

This position will entail scheduling for 30-35 employees on a daily basis. Assistance and carrying out the duties required for the day to day operations of new residential construction with the direction and supervision of operation manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate, prepare and distribute detailed schedules for employees on a weekly/daily basis. Review and work with builder site supervisors for upcoming scheduling and ordering product, update the schedule as required. Monitor progress on a daily and weekly basis. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system; Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders; Monitoring project timelines and deadlines; Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills, ability to organize project reports, computer skills, knowledge of estimating and site practices and procedures, and general interpersonal and relation skills to assist the office staff in ensuring that assigned projects run smoothly and efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have new residential plumbing experience 4 years of schedule management experience in a construction environment Develop and share layouts and data as required by different stakeholders; Experience in providing information, data and scenarios to assist employees and customers Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products Entrepreneurial approach and the ability to take on challenges in a changing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives. Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight timelines. Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong client focus and results driven. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, stakeholders and co-workers.
