The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance & repair, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems. They will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and responsiveness to customer needs.QualificationsExcellent customer satisfaction skillsProficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systemsExperience in maintenance & repairKnowledge of preventive maintenance practicesAbility to work independently in on-site settingsRelevant experience in HVAC service and repairStrong communication skillsMust be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education.We require a minimum 313d license and Gas Fitter 2, but a 313A license with some Commercial background would be an asset.Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.Must be able to draw simple diagrams and be able to read blueprints and other diagrams.Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers record.Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.Typical work week is eight hour workdays, Monday to Friday with a scheduled On Call rotation
