This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and support to seniors and individuals with physical or cognitive challenges in residential, community, or long-term care settings.Key Responsibilities:Client CareAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingSupport mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipmentProvide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-beingHealth MonitoringMonitor and report changes in client health and behaviorAssist with medication reminders and adherence as per care planHome SupportPerform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry dutiesMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clientsDocumentation & CommunicationMaintain accurate records of care providedCommunicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and their familiesWork Schedule:Full-time availability, including weekends and holidaysDay, evening, or night shifts depending on client needsQualifications:Completion of a PSW certificate or equivalent recognized trainingCPR and First Aid certificationMinimum 6 months of relevant experience (in Canada)Minimum 3 years of experience (outside Canada)English proficiency with CLB 6 or higherStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 $28.00Paid time offOn-site parking (if applicable)Supportive and respectful work environmentImmigration Support:Our client is open to supporting qualified candidates through:LMIA applicationsCanadian Experience Class, Express Entry, or Provincial Nominee ProgramsHow to Apply:Please send your resume to shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
