This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact at a high-growth clinic with a strong reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and provider satisfaction.Lead and support a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimise clinic flow.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.Act as the key point of contact for patient feedback and operational improvements.Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What We Are Looking For:Excellent operator with a strong business mindset Proven experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a similar leadership role.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is highly desirable.Familiarity with TELUS Health CHR is an asset.Passionate about improving healthcare and patient outcomes.Compensation: The salary range for this role is $90,000 $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
