About the Company? Our client is an insurance advisory firm. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will be responsible for partnering and supporting business leaders with timely and actionable insights and analysis to continue to drive profitable growth. You will be involved in a wide range of strategic projects and will be a critical member of the finance team who works closely with the CFO and other leaders on automation projects and other key strategic initiatives. Support the annual budget process with corporate and business units. Streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders to enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership. Analyze financial information and reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Participation in key decisions with sensitivities/scenario analysis. Prepare the monthly financial pack for assigned business units Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather data, provide financial insights and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with reporting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Support the preparation of active projects within the team and provide analysis on request. Support in the testing and implementation of EPIC based solutions for reporting. Assist in the creation and maintenance of a CPC Forecasting tool Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information. Support and participate in cross-training to provide coverage and assistance for other positions within the finance team as required. Other duties as needed to meet business, divisional, or departmental needs. About You? Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis Insurance industry experience preferred Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range? $90,0000 - $100,000 /year
