Expect the most when you deal with East Coast!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Associate Mortgage Broker at East Coast Mortgage Brokers, Team Whelan. The role is based in Conception Bay South, NL. The Associate Mortgage Broker will be responsible for consulting with clients, assessing financial situations, facilitating mortgage applications, providing debt consolidation advice, and marketing mortgage products. The Associate will also collaborate with lenders and other financial institutions to secure favorable terms for clients. This role is primarily a mortgage under writing position where by mortgage applications will be provided to you. QualificationsExperience in Mortgage Brokerage and Brokerage servicesKnowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance principlesSkills in Mortgage Marketing and financial product marketingStrong analytical and consulting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience in the mortgage industry is a plusBachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
