NOTE: This role is fully in-office (5 days) located in downtown Toronto.My client, a boutique wealth management firm located in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Administrator to join their team.Position Summary & Key Accountabilities:Overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency in workflows.Managing and overseeing data entry with accuracy.Filling out forms and applications required for investment operations.Generating reports and updating internal systems.Assisting clients, accountants, and portfolio managers as needed.Performing basic accounting tasks in Excel.Answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.Troubleshooting technological issues and implementing system improvements.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in the investment industry is mandatory.Familiarity with operational workflows.Proficiency in portfolio management systems and CRM platforms.Exceptional Excel skills and strong data entry accuracy.Completion of a post-secondary degree.Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
