Company Description Oakville Sight And Sound designs and installs luxury smart home automation and home theatre systems throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our services include lighting systems, shading systems, multiroom audio video systems, security, surveillance, and network monitoring to enhance home enjoyment and functionality. This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Toronto Area, ON, for a Senior Smart Home Automation - Residential AV Technician. The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting smart home automation systems and residential audiovisual (AV) systems. Daily tasks include setting up and maintaining lighting, shading, audio, video conferencing systems, projectors, and ensuring all systems are integrated seamlessly. Experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems, Video Conferencing, and Projectors Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Strong understanding of Control 4 and Crestron systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications or training in smart home automation or AV technology are a plus
