MaxSys Staffing and Consulting is looking for Bilingual Planning Session Agents for our Client operating within Relocation and Mobility Services Industry. The agents will provide expert relocation policy advice to the customers through scheduled planning sessions via telephone, video call, and chat. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of customer issues, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct an average of seven 30-minute planning sessions daily. Maintain detailed notes for each session in the customers profile. Review and reconcile relocation files to ensure compliance with directives. Guide customers on submitting accurate expense claims. Resolve complex relocation issues within established guidelines. Manage urgent and emergency requests promptly and professionally. Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable suggestions. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. Support the General Inquiries and Claims team with various customer communications and expense management. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Proficient in handling multiple communication methods (email, telephone, video call, chat). Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional, self-starter attitude with flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities. Must maintain professionalism under stressful situations. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must hold or be eligible for Reliability Status Security Clearance. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria: Residency: Reside in Canada for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years within the last five (5) years, without being outside of Canada for more than six (6) consecutive months.
