Job Overview:We are looking for a knowledgeable and driven Sales Engineer to support our Injection Molding Division. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the injection molding industry, either in sales or technical service, who understands the nuances of plastic part design, tooling, and production. This is a dynamic, field-based position ideal for a self-starter who excels at building strong client relationships and isnt afraid to engage prospects through direct outreach.Candidates with experience in injection molding, machine shop environments, or sales of industrial parts and services are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead follow-upVisit 2–5 companies per week to introduce our low volume injection molding capabilitiesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable injection molding solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project executionFollow up on warm leads and perform independent outreach to generate new sales opportunitiesTravel throughout the region (including occasional cross-border travel); must have a valid drivers license and vehicleRequirements:1–2+ years of experience in the injection molding industry, preferably in a sales or customer-facing roleSolid understanding of plastic materials, tooling, and molding processesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearlyProven track record of developing and closing new businessMust have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travelComfortable with cold calls, door-to-door visits, and following up with decision-makersNice to Have:Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking softwareFamiliarity with technical drawings, tolerances, or manufacturing specsWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus commission on closed dealsWarm leads and full support from our marketing and operations teamFreedom to explore and develop new accountsReimbursement for car travelOpportunity to grow with a dynamic and skilled teamJoin us as we continue to innovate and deliver exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
