As a Quality Advisor you will be implementing and participating in the continual improvement of the SJ quality management system in the America region. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and developing processes and systems to ensure that operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance in accordance with the SJ Business Management System (BMS). You will be working alongside quality teams and various departments to drive management system implementation and improvements, upholding industry regulations, standards and client expectations. You will apply subject matter expertise and coordinate quality management activities to deliver successful quality management outcomes on opportunities and projects in line with the SJ BMS. Provide timely and accurate advice and hands-on support to in-country operations regarding SJs quality management system enquiries and tools Conduct monitoring, reporting and other assurance activities to support effective management decisions about quality management, and health and safety management reports Analyse evidence from quality management activities and identifies and addresses performance gaps, by making recommendations Experience in the interpretation and practical application of relevant quality management system requirements in a large and complex business environment Knowledge of implementing and maintaining certified management systems including health and safety (desirable).
