Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Identify client needs and offer suitable insurance products. Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Qualifications: RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license. Previous experience in an insurance brokerage role is an asset. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
