Craft and implement a multiyear sales strategy to expand market share in North America, South America, and Europe. Build, coach, and scale a highperformance sales organization (direct & rep/distributor models). Cultivate Csuite relationships with major foodservice, QSR, and contractpacking customers. Collaborate crossfunctionallymarketing, operations, R&Dto align product innovation with customer needs. Establish KPIs, forecasting discipline, and CRM best practices to ensure predictable, profitable growth. Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and sustainability forums. What Do You Bring? 10+ years of progressive sales leadershipat least five at the senior/executive levelwithin foodservice packaging or closely related CPG/foodservice sectors. Proven track record of scaling revenues across multiple regions or continents. Deep network with national restaurant chains, distributors, and contract manufacturers. Strategic thinker with strong financial acumenable to build business cases and manage P&L. Inspirational leader who develops talent and fosters inclusive, highperformance cultures. Willingness to travel globally Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus. #MT1
