The successful candidate will demonstrate an impactful corporate presence, exceptional attention to detail, communication and time management skills, and will provide stellar leadership to achieve our business objectives. This role must be based in Saskatoon, as a strong onsite and cross-functional presence with operations is essential.Duties and Responsibilities:Own the development and execution of high-impact national sales programs and brand-aligned marketing campaignsEvolve and lead the national sales strategy to achieve and exceed BOLDs revenue and market share targetsDefine and implement provincial sales objectives aligned with long-term national plansDeliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsAnticipate market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and proactively position BOLD for competitive advantageContinue to develop BOLDs innovation pipelinePartner cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to ensure unified strategic executionTrack, analyze, and communicate sales performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadershipLead, develop, and inspire BOLDs national sales force, including internal teams and third-party partnersEnsure sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and support required to perform at the highest levelSet clear performance expectations, conduct coaching and reviews, and lead compensation planning and talent developmentTake on high-level strategic projects and executive responsibilities as assigned, with a view to future organizational leadershipQualifications and Expectations:Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and lead a high-performing national sales team toward shared goalsDevelop a deep understanding of the Canadian cannabis industry, including regulatory frameworks, profitability metrics, market dynamics, and customer segmentationGain extensive knowledge of BOLDs product offerings and competitive positioning within the cannabis marketProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding national sales targets in a CPG, fast-paced industryExperience developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectivesStrong capabilities in market research, forecasting, data-driven sales planning, and technical sellingProficient in promotional planning, brand-aligned marketing initiatives, and go-to-market executionMinimum 35 years of experience in a national sales leadership role in a CPG industryBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferredWork ConditionsFull-time, Monday to Friday, standard 8-hour daytime shiftsAvailability for occasional evening and weekend work based on business needsModerate travel required for market visits, customer engagement, industry events, and team leadershipStarting salary $100,000+Core CompetenciesOperate with integrity, professionalism, and accountabilityLead by example and cultivate a culture of excellenceUnderstand the broader business landscape and connect departmental goals to company-wide strategyThink strategically and respond effectively in fast-moving or uncertain environmentsIdentify opportunities for growth and take initiative to pursue themFoster collaboration, open communication, and a strong team dynamicBold Growth Inc. offers an incredible work environment and career advancement opportunities.
