Experience working with ServiceNow Bachelor''s degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders Eye for detail and a passion for building great products Experience working in an agile environment Create, manage, release (production & ITE) and discontinue corporate forms Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance Document and execute user story acceptance tests Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
