LeverageTek is actively seeking a HCM Project Liaison/Manager for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.Work LocationRemote (Ottawa or Toronto preferred and comfortable traveling as needed)Key TasksServe as the primary regional point of contact for the Oracle HCM implementation, bridging the global project team and North American stakeholders.Lead regional planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployment of Oracle HCM across Canada and the U.S.Work with regional HR and business users to gather input on requirements, localizations, and processes.Participate in key user meetings and workshops; ensure timely dissemination of project updates and decisions.Partner with the Change Lead to align on stakeholder readiness activities, including communications, end-user training, and change impact assessments.Collaborate cross-functionally with the ERP implementation team to ensure alignment on shared milestones, integrated data flows, and joint stakeholder impacts.Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training execution, and feedback loops with identified key users.Support data readiness activities including validation, conversion inputs, and cutover planning as required. [not 100% sure if required yet]Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues specific to the region and escalate appropriatelySupport post-go-live stabilization and issue tracking for the region. Key QualificationsMinimum of 57+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business transformation roles, ideally involving HCM or ERP system implementations.Experience leading regional HCM planning and coordination activities to ensure successful project deployment across Canada and the U.SProject management experience (preferably with system implementations such as HCM), has strong coordination skills, and has a collaborative mindsetQualifications57+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business transformation roles, ideally involving HCM or ERP system implementations.Solid understanding of HR operations and system lifecycle implementation methodologies is preferred.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across systems (e.g., HR and Finance).Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global and regional teams.Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and managing project-related communications and updates.AssetsFamiliarity with system data conversion, migration, or cutover planning preferred.About LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
