Our ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen with a passion for private markets, venture capital, and strategic investing across sectors.The successful candidate will have direct exposure to decision-makers and contribute meaningfully to both portfolio construction and company building.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will operate across the full investment lifecyclefrom sourcing and diligence to execution and active portfolio supportwith a particular focus on the following:Conducting deep financial analysis and valuation work across private companies, sectors, and macro trends.Owning elements of due diligence processes - including drafting investment memoranda, managing data rooms, engaging with external advisors, and supporting negotiations.Contributing to strategic assessments of target sectors and companies; developing conviction in emerging investment themes.Supporting portfolio management efforts - including performance tracking, benchmarking, re-underwriting positions, and developing board-level materials.Attending board and management meetings as required, providing critical insights and initiatives.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, consultants, and operators.Building internal tools, models, and dashboards to strengthen investment monitoring and decision support.Build and maintain a pipeline of early and growth-stage investment opportunities.Qualifications & ProfileWe are looking for a combination of intellectual horsepower, humility, and hustle.
