Position responsibilities:Assess time/material requirements for completion of DTP and formatting tasksFix formatting on translated Word, InDesign, Illustrator and similar formatsEditing of graphics and chartsPrepare various file formats and technologies for translation using CAT toolsMaximize the use of technology in all steps of DTP and formattingProvide technical support on DTP matters for production team, sales and other departmentsEssential skills and experience required: Bachelor's degree or its equivalentGraphic Design degree or its equivalentKnowledge on DTP and translation technologySuperb analytical skillsExcellent written and spoken communication skills (English)Excellent knowledge of Graphic Design software (Adobe Suite, Quark , etc)Knowledge of CAT toolsDesire to work in a fast paced environment and be a team playerOrganized and motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksMust be flexible with hours to accommodate project deadlinesLocalization, DTP, and technology related experience desiredDesired Skills:Some knowledge of web programming languages a plus (HTML, XML, ASP, JSP)Knowledge of OCR toolsExperience on DTP workKnowledge of video edition and subtitlingWe offer:Equal opportunities within an environment that celebrates diversity.Possibility to collaborate with the managers and colleagues from different, international locations.Friendly working environment.Opportunities to learn and grow within the Company.
