The position leads a team of 10 employees, manages show logistics, budgeting, hiring, and ensures smooth execution of events and online sales. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong operational, sales, and team-building expertise, passionate about delivering legendary customer service and unforgettable fireworks experiences.DutiesOversee human resources and staff of 10 employees.Manage day-to-day operations.Overseeing all sales-related and marketing strategiesKey contact in all major client relations, cites, sports teams and corporate eventsProvide direction and management of show budgets, preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) and tendersConducting site visits for shows and preparing site plans based on site evaluationsOversee show assignment for both supervisors and crewOversee software and computers on our networkOptimize the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipmentManage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary resources to meet operational demandsManage cash flowMonitor online salesManage hiring and conduct interviews for full-time and seasonal staffCoaching, training, motivating and inspiring the team to take care of the customer.Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of operational staff.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.QualificationsStrong leadership & team-building skillsMinimum of 5 years in sales, marketing, and operational managementAbility to motivate & inspire a high-performing teamExcellent communication & relationship management skills
