What you will do: Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for completing testing engagements and reporting on issues identified during testing to ensure compliance controls are adequately mitigating risks. This role also manages the collector and company licensing and bond process for applicable provinces. Heres what a typical day will include: Completing assigned reviews and risk assessments Documenting results of testing and monitoring and communicating them to management Managing collector and company licensing and the bond process to ensure the organization is compliant with provincial registration requirements Handling reviews of documents in accordance with established policies and procedures Providing support to other areas of the business to mitigate risk What you will bring: The Compliance & Risk Specialist is someone who has an eye for detail, can think critically and make recommendations, enjoys working with people across all levels and can communicate openly and persuasively.
