As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Advisor Administrator / Associate to join our team and support an experienced Insurance Advisor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. This role demands excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to client confidentiality. Prior experience in the Financial Services industry, or holding a valid Insurance license, is considered an asset.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and confidential responsesSchedule meetings and maintain calendarsPrepare meeting agendas and collaborate on file preparationAttend and transcribe client meeting notes with precisionOrganize internal and client-facing eventsHandle mass communications (e.g. newsletters, seasonal updates)Prepare quotes, proposals, and illustrations for Personal Insurance and Group BenefitsProcess forms for Personal Insurance, Group Benefits, and Group RRSPsMonitor and manage incoming insurance documentation via online portalsLiaise with insurance providers regarding policy updates, changes, and required documentationAct as the first point of contact for client emails and calls, using our CRM to organize and respondTrack application statuses and follow up with prospects in the sales pipelineWhat You BringStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and DocuSignHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyDiscretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationTeam-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsResourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the financial or insurance industry (preferred)Life, Accident & Sickness Insurance License (preferred)BenefitsCompetitive salary starting at $45,000 (exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher salary)Group Benefits including Extended Health and Dental (after probationary period)On-site parkingMondayFriday, day shifts (8-hour shift)Supportive and collaborative team environmentHow to Apply If you're excited to support a growing business in a professional and client-focused setting, wed love to hear from you.
