They seek a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in their Saskatoon, SK location. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of a single restaurant (15-25 employees), ensuring guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience. Support maintenance of restaurants that are noticeably cleaner than others. Provide coaching and feedback to the restaurant team. Ensure that preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed by company standards. Implement marketing strategies and follow cash control/security procedures. Managing inventory and labour and applying financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results. Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
