We are looking for an intelligent, driven, tech-savvy logistics professional who will take full responsibility for carrier sourcing and carrier management. We need a top performer who can help meet company objectives and play a key role in building a collaborative work environment, working closely with sales and operations. Knowledge of LTL transport and a strong LTL carrier network is key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing new LTL carriers across North America.Track key performance indicators and establish scorecards to track carrier performance. Work closely with sales on everything from pricing and proposals to onboarding new accounts.Desired Skills & Experience5+ years of transportation / logistics experience. Were looking for a high performer with a track record of success.Specific experience in LTL trucking, strong carrier network.Preference for experience working for a freight broker. May consider experience with a shipper (manufacturer or retailer).Technically strong skillset: TMS, MS Excel, etc.Excellent communication skills are needed for this role.
