You will use your print knowledge to help prospective customers put their concept to print. In short - you will need to be an expert in our products and services so you can work in close liaison with our customers and Jukebox team, ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to.Are you It?The perfect candidate will be high-spirited, fast-learning, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, self-motivated, and stylish.It is mandatory that you have experience in the printing/graphic communications industry.Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is an asset (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Other requirements are:Post-secondary education3+ year in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, hospitality, retailExceptional communication skills, written and verbal1+ year experience in graphic communications or print-related industryThe hired applicant will start working on a full-time basis immediately. Working hours are Sunday-Thursday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM.
