Prepare monthly reconciliations for the firms Trust and General bank accounts and lead month-end journal entries for multiple entities; # Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including intercompany, fixed assets, and prepaid schedules; # Maintain accurate timekeeper setups and billing rates in e-billing platforms and accounting software; # Assist with analyses and working papers for annual audits and ensure compliance with trust account regulations; # Support annual budget preparation, conduct profitability analyses, cash flow trend analyses, and provide variance analysis on month-end reports; # Maintain key financial reports, such as collections, partner capital schedules, and expense analyses; # Conduct monthly departmental profitability analyses and provide actionable insights. # Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or CFO.
