Bilingual Transition Administrator Under the direction of the Supervisor, Transition Services, the Bilingual Transition Administrator is responsible for providing support and acting as a liaison between the home office and new Financial Advisors (FAs) joining Raymond James branch offices. Understand and educate transitioning Financial Advisors/Agents and their support staff on the policies and procedures relating to operations, compliance, marketing, technology, investment products and general business issues; Be responsible for the maintenance of a comprehensive process from the initial training to the ongoing support of new Advisors; Arrange to provide branches with preliminary and ongoing operational training; Upon eligibility, Raymond James Ltd offers flexible workstyles, a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary Range: (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $58,000-62,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
