The General Manager role for the anodizing facility demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in General management and operational excellence. Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in anodizing, powder coating, paint coating, or metal manufacturing, and excel in dynamic, high-growth environments. You lead by example, inspiring your team through exceptional people leadership and a relentless focus on quality. In summary, the General Manager for the anodizing facility is more than a manager; The General Manager for the anodizing plant is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee every facet of the plants operationsfrom production and quality assurance to process optimization and regulatory compliancewhile directly mentoring a diverse team that includes a Production Manager, Customer Service & Warehouse Manager, Anodizing Manager, Office Coordinator, and Maintenance Technicians. Overall: 10+ years of experience in anodizing, powder coating, paint coating, or metal manufacturing. # Determine market trends, identify market segments with growth opportunity, prepare and present compelling presentations, cultivate customer relationships, conduct commercial discussions and negotiate contracts. # Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a performance-driven environment. # Technica Skills : In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, electrical control systems, and industrial automation. # P&L: Strong financial and cost management skills, with demonstrated P&L accountability # A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
