What Youll Do: Be part of the full project cyclefrom concept to construction. Join senior team members on site visits to investigate buildings and assess conditions (yes, you''ll get to wear a hard hat). Dive into designreview shop drawings, sketch out design details, and apply building science smarts. Help manage construction progress with real-world contract administration experience. Contribute to proposals, technical reports, and construction documents. Keep your skills sharp by participating in ongoing learning opportunities. Take on a variety of tasks that keep each day interesting and challenging. What You Bring: ~ A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Science, or a related field. ~13years of experience (new grads welcomewe love fresh perspectives!). ~ A valid drivers license and your own set of wheelsyoull be visiting sites regularly. ~ Comfort with heights (roofs, lifts, swing stagesyoull be up there!). ~ Familiarity with AutoCAD and a willingness to learn new tools. ~ Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude. ~ Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for improving how buildings work.
