With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Driver Recruiter for a remote position. This role is for an individual with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of the transportation industry. Scotlynn is a multinational produce grower and transportation provider specializing in time-sensitive refrigerated products. Every aspect of our operation highlights our passion for doing it better our attention to detail, our open communication, our state-of-the-art equipment, and our comprehensive farming procedures. Scotlynn is growing and is need of additional support for our Driver Recruiting Team. This role will be a remote position with a weekly commitment to meet with applicants in a shared, public space. As someone with transportation industry experience you will use hiring websites, trade shows, social media and your extensive network to attract and retain new drivers. Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in recruitment Experience providing fast and effective support related to trucking and dispatch inquiries Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages are considered an asset, but not required Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Solid knowledge of computers, social media Laptop and phone provided This is a full-time, permanent role Work from 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday, with occasional need for afterhours and weekends to support hiring events Submit your application online.
