Job Title: Distribution and Operations Supervisor Shift: Open to Weekend Afternoon Shifts Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Distribution and Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our distribution and supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse/distribution operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of distribution associates to ensure efficient and safe operations Oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory control Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service levels Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, transportation, and customer service Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance performance and engagement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain supervisory role Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of distribution processes, supply chain operations, and warehouse management systems Proven ability to analyze and act on performance metrics (KPIs) Experience with continuous improvement tools/methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen) is an asset Flexibility to work weekend afternoon shifts How to Apply: Please send your resume to Sophie at
