Our Public sector client is looking a solution architect - CRM to provide technical leadership for the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O).3 days in office, Downtown Toronto.Start Date: 2nd June - End date March 2026.CRJMC preferredAssignment DeliverablesAs a technical leader within the data migration and reporting stream, you will provide expert guidance across all phases of data migration from legacy platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O). This includes full and delta load strategies and execution, ensuring a secure and high-quality migration process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and oversight of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O solutions, including end-to-end system monitoring.Define integration points between application packages, data repositories, and middleware platforms.Configure system customizations by implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views to align with defined business processes.Design and manage system integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.Define and enforce robust data security policies and access controls within the CRM ecosystem.Optimize performance and system responsiveness for a seamless user experience.Provide post-migration support, issue analysis, and resolution; assist in enhancing data management practices in the new environment.Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support program goals.Consultant ExpectationsThe selected consultant will be expected to:Complete tasks and meet key milestones within specified deadlines.Proactively notify the project manager of any emerging issues or concerns that may impact deliverables.Submit deliverables for formal review and approval as completed.Adhere to all applicable security, privacy, and technical standards as mandated by the public-sector organization.Follow relevant architectural frameworks, best practices, and compliance policies.Uphold professional standards related to conflict of interest, confidentiality, and organizational conduct.Facilitate knowledge transfer to designated internal stakeholders to support sustainability and capacity-building efforts.Comply with all relevant operational directives, governance policies, and procedural guidelines issued by the host organization.
