What Youll Do: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Group Account Directors, Account Directors, and AEs Act as the senior partner to clientsguiding strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering creative that moves the needle Champion creative ideas and ensure alignment between strategy and execution Oversee account financialsscoping, forecasting, staffing, and profitability Steer the development of integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, social, and emerging channels Lead new business efforts and pitch strategy What You Bring: 10+ years in senior account leadership roles within integrated or creative agencies Deep appreciation for the creative process and ability to translate business needs into strong strategic direction Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and multi-million-dollar portfolios Strong financial acumen and operational oversight skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities This is a high-impact role for a leader whos as passionate about strategic creativity as they are about client success and team growth.
