Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the development, content creation, implementation, and management of comprehensive social media strategies. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive traffic and conversions through effective social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.Plan and create engaging original content, high-quality content that aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the target audiences, including posts, articles, stories, reels, videos, blogs, and graphics.Manage social media accounts by scheduling, posting, and monitoring content using tools.Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a positive and active online community.Analyze and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, design, and content teams, to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment across all platforms.Identify opportunities for growth, such as influencer partnerships, social media ads, or new platform adoption.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and insights for improvement.Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and consistency across all platforms.Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a creative mindset.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
