As we gear up for a busy summer season, were seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to keep our property safe, functional, and inviting. Job Description We are looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout our hotel property. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on hotel rooms and common areas (e.g., lighting, plumbing, A/C units, door locks) Conduct minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, and appliances Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner Monitor and maintain outdoor areas including pool (if applicable), grounds, and parking lots Perform seasonal tasks such as power washing, painting, minor landscaping, and basic carpentry Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or needed repairs to management Assist with room turnovers and other general property upkeep as needed Ensure tools, supplies, and maintenance areas are kept clean and organized Qualifications Previous experience in hotel, residential, or commercial maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive seasonal pay Free or discounted on-site accommodation (if required) A supportive and friendly work environment just steps from the beach Opportunity to return for future seasons How to Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed or email directly to Include a short note about your availability and experience.
