Amur Financial Group is looking for a highly skilled SEO Strategist to join our Marketing team and take our performance to the next level. A background in the finance industry is preferred, but we are open to candidates from any industry with a strong SEO track record.What you'll do:Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies, with a focus on semantic SEO and AI-driven optimization.Conduct in-depth keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical audits.Analyze the search landscape to identify opportunities across all stages of the funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Make strategic recommendations to our content team to ensure content is optimized for organic performance.Measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO efforts using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.Perform in-depth technical audits to address issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements that improve site health and performance.Ensure website architecture supports scalability and SEO best practices.What we're looking for:3+ years in a dedicated SEO Specialist or SEO Strategist role.Proven success in driving organic growth through strategy, not just execution.Deep knowledge of semantic SEO, structured data, and search intent mapping.Experience using AI tools to optimize content and workflow is a big plus.Strong analytical mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Familiar with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (WordPress).Experience in the financial industry is a bonus, but not required.Compensation:The annual base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 - $75,000.AFG determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors, including experience, education, skills, and business needs.
