We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Coordinator to support large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in project coordination, documentation, and on-site support. You will work directly with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to help ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.Experience in civil engineering environments is a strong asset, especially for candidates familiar with municipal infrastructure works, City of Toronto projects, or others.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables to ensure timely execution of project phases.Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain project-related documentation such as RFIs, change orders, payment certificates, and subcontractor communications.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between site teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and proper flow of information.Progress Reporting: Monitor and compile progress updates, helping track milestones and activities.Quality Assurance: Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency with project specifications, and support compliance with applicable standards.Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Experience in project coordination or administration in an engineering environment is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with SharePoint, CMS tools, or ERP systems is a plus.Familiarity with City of Toronto or municipal infrastructure projects is an asset.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Why Join?Gain hands-on experience with high-impact civil engineering projects.Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.Career development opportunities in a growing infrastructure sector.
