About this role: The Manager, Digital Experience, will oversee the digital team and manage CAAT''s digital channels to meet members'' and employers'' needs. The individual will focus on daily operations, project execution, and optimizing user experience across websites, portals, and other digital communication platforms. You and the team will develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy across front-end properties to enhance engagement and accessibility for CAAT members and employers. You will also implement best practices in UX/UI design, working within an overall design system, and ensuring CAATs digital presence aligns with industry and regulatory standards. As the newest member of our team, you will: Partner with Digital Experience Platforms team in IT to plan and oversee the full website redesign initiative (20252026) to optimize the public website and adjacent properties for a synergized user experience, design, and functionality. Develop and execute a forward-thinking SEO strategy that considers both traditional search and the emerging role of generative AI in information retrieval. Oversee the development of front-end projects for the public website, including new sections of the website, integrations, webpage redesigns, new website administration processes, new front-end implementations, and content migrations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of front-end web deliverables. Collaborate closely with online tool management teams in IT to support expansion of digital product ecosystem and align with communications strategy. Maintain a user experience (UX) mindset across all digital platforms to ensure seamless navigation, accessibility, and localization. Own the end-to-end user journeys for key personas, including prospective employers, members, employers, unions, and lead the orchestration of these journeys across our digital channels. Oversee the client portal experience, ensuring content is intuitive, informative, personalized, and member/employer focused. Support implementing organization-wide content governance policies for the first time by collaborating with teams to develop transparent processes for content management, accuracy and relevance. Define, track and analyze key digital performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimization of digital properties. Conduct user research and testing to refine website, portal, and newsletter experiences Oversee team its day-to-day function of content publishing, analytics reporting, microsites, and landing page updates as requested through the intake process. Oversee transition of current website administration processes to future state in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). To succeed you will bring: Bachelors degree in digital marketing, communications, UX Design, computer science, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in digital experience management, corporate website management, web strategy, or front-end web development. 2-3 years of experience leading a website management team in a communications, marketing or front-end development context/setting. Prior people leadership experience is required. Proven experience leading corporate website redesign projects and managing content migrations to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms. Expertise in SEO, UX/UI design principles, web analytics, and accessibility best practices. Knowledge of evolving search trends, including generative AIs role in search. Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Siteimprove, SEO tools, and digital marketing technologies. Ability to manage competing priorities in a growing digital product ecosystem.
